Fall Cleveland Cultural Gardens Engagement Session
I met up with Brianne and Mike a couple weeks ago for their Cleveland Cultural Gardens Engagement Session. We lucked out for November and had lots of color on the trees still, and wonderful temperatures! They live in Cleveland but wanted a natural environment for their session. They chose the beautiful Cleveland Botanical Gardens. The Cultural Gardens are located within the City of Cleveland’s Rockefeller Park. In total, there are 31 distinct gardens, each commemorating a different ethnic group whose immigrants have contributed to the heritage of the United States over the centuries, as well as Cleveland. We started at the Lithuanian Garden, then explored the Italian, Hungarian, British and Irish Gardens.
Engagement Sessions are probably my favorite thing to photograph. They are relaxed, fun, and a great opportunity to get to know my couples. Mike told me how he knew he would win over Brianne when they worked together at Sams Club. Sure enough, they started dating and years later they went on a trip together to Hawaii. That’s where Mike popped the question, and Brianne had no idea! I give Mike an A+ for that proposal in paradise! They are planning a July wedding and I can’t wait! I had such a fun time exploring with these two at their session. I had so many favorites from the day, but I narrowed it down to these.
