Rustic Massillon Wedding with Allison & Matt
Allie and Matt’s Massillon Wedding was my last for October. Allie and the girls started the day at Tanglez Salon, where they enjoyed a catered breakfast from Crepe Break while having their hair done. The limo picked them up and we headed to the church. The ceremony was held at St. Mary’s in Massillon, one of my favorites for sure! I hadn’t been there since the renovation, and it’s just stunning! Allie had a special first look with her Dad before seeing her bridesmaids. Besides Allie, her dad was the only one who wore converse shoes, which he put to good use later in the night on the dance floor!
After the ceremony, the bridal party went to Pine View Acres for photos. Pine View is a new venue in Massillon that is the perfect mix of rustic and elegant. It is a huge space that can easily seat 300 guests. It has a large stone fireplace, which was perfect on this chilly night! We ventured out front for photos, and to say it was windy, was an understatement. There was a wind advisory, and with the cold breeze- it was bitter! The bridal party stuck it out without complaint and we made the best of it. After dinner, they had a special dance for the ring bearer, Matt smashed a whole plate of cake in Allie’s face, and guests danced the night away.
Allie and Matt, I hope your day was a blast! Here are my favorites!
