Downtown Chagrin Falls Family Session with the Anstines
It seems like just yesterday I was taking Maggie’s in-home newborn session. Just like that, she is celebrating six months, and boy has she changed in such a short time! Her six-month photos included Mom, Dad, and Whiskey (her favorite pup). Lindsey and Josh are past wedding clients of mine, and I’m honored to photograph little Maggie for them. They are such wonderful parents, just like their parents. A great part about my job is meeting families and maintaining a relationship with them for years after the wedding.
When I met up at their house a few weeks ago, it turned out to be perfect weather for their Chagrin Falls Family Session. We started the session in their backyard, but Maggie was more interested in the trees, mums, and Whiskey than the camera! We then headed to The Popcorn Shop and Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream downtown Chagrin Falls. Lindsey used to live in Columbus so she said a big selling point on moving to Chagrin Falls was for Jeni’s Ice Cream! There is a Jeni’s in Columbus, so it made her feel right at home! Maggie is a little too small yet for popcorn and ice-cream, but I love how cute the pictures turned out. It was such a fun and unique session, I’m so glad Lindsey suggested it!
Maggie looks like a real-life doll baby and everywhere we turned, people couldn’t take their eyes off her! She is so stinking cute, I can’t wait to watch her learn and grow!
Lindsey and Josh, it was a pleasure as always seeing you guys! Here are my favorites from the day, I hope you love the preview!
