Spring, Stony Glen Camp Engagement Session in Madison, OH
Two weeks ago I traveled up North to Madison for Alicia and Victor’s Stony Glen Camp Engagement Session. They chose that location because Victor had gone to camp there since he was a little kid. He was also a counselor there so it was sentimental. As I was driving there, the sky turned pitch black and it was pouring rain. Thankfully when I arrived the skies had cleared up and we were in the clear (so we thought)! Since Victor knew his way around, he led us to the little waterfall. I was instantly in love! We were able to go right down there and stay on the rocks. Since it was a little walk from the parking lot, Victor decided to go back and get their other outfits, while Alicia and I stayed there.
As soon as Victor got back, the sky turned dark as night and the wind and rain started. Then the rain turned into pebbles of hail. We all three were out there with no umbrellas hiding under layers of trees. It lasted a good half hour, and we all got wet and muddy. Alicia and Victor changed into their second outfit and embraced their wet hair for photos at the bigger waterfall. They were troopers for sure, especially Alicia in her bare feet! We finished off the session with a red, white & blue theme to compliment their blue Jeep (and because they got engaged on July 4th). I am in love with this whole session and I had a blast getting down and dirty with these two! I can’t wait for their October wedding!
Here are my favorites from the session –
Enjoy!
