St. Peters Church + DoubleTree by Hilton Canton Downtown Wedding
I booked with Molly and Dylan just shy of two years prior to their big day. They reside in St. Louis so with the help of Molly’s mom, they had to do most of the planning from afar. They wanted an elegant and classic black and white wedding and I know it was going to be beautiful! The ceremony was at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Canton, OH. It is my favorite church in Canton, with its dramatic, high ceilings and natural light coming in from the windows. Their DoubleTree Canton wedding reception was stunning! The new DoubleTree Hilton hotel used to be the McKinley Grand Hotel, so it’s ballroom renovations are perfect for a downtown venue!
In between the ceremony and reception, the bridal party went to the Canton Garden Center for photos. It happened to be homecoming weekend, so there were high school groups everywhere taking photos. The weather could not have been better for early October! As always, the dinner at the DoubleTree was delicious and relatives provided cookies for the enormous display table! The live band was an added touch to keep the party going!
