Fall Conrad Botzum Farmstead Wedding with Katrina & Ryan
Katrina and Ryan kicked off the last Saturday in September at their Conrad Botzum Farmstead Wedding, and it was beautiful! The girls started the day getting pampered at Bella Bronze Salon before heading to the venue. Katrina and Ryan had only their siblings in their bridal party, which fit perfectly into their intimate wedding. Everyone in the party had matching converse shoes which were super cute! The colors and florals by Countryside Florist were magnificent!
The sun made the temperature much warmer than the forecast had predicted, which made the venue the perfect backdrop for their outdoor ceremony. This may take the cake for the sunniest ceremony ever! Ryan was teary-eyed when he saw Katrina walk down the aisle toward him. After their handwritten vows, Guests threw dried lavender at the newlyweds- and it smelled AMAZING!! We ventured around the property while we had great light for portraits. As always, Taste of Excellence served a delicious meal, and the cake made by Ryan’s sister was so beautiful!
The temperatures drastically dropped as the sun went down, so guests cozied up in blankets around the fire. Ryan and Katrina made the favors, cake topper, programs and seating chart which made every detail fun and personable. But, Ryan made the all-time best thing I’ve ever seen at a wedding! He happened to see a guy on tv make a three-person “suit” and he replicated it. He was able to control their arms and legs, so they could all dance simultaneously. They danced to YMCA, Dancing with Myself, and a couple other songs. It was so hysterical and the highlight of the night!!! Ryan and Katrina are such a great pair, I enjoyed their wedding so much!
