Fall Columbus Wedding at St. Francis of Assisi + The Boat House
It’s always refreshing to shoot in cities that you don’t get to venture to that often. When I was asked to photograph Ashlee and Garrett’s Columbus wedding in October 2022, I was so excited. The day started off at the hotel with the bridesmaids getting ready before heading to the church for the ceremony.
For early October, the weather was warm and sunny. That made it enjoyable for the bridal party to go downtown for group photos. The reception was right by the water at the Boat House. It was such an amazing venue! I loved how much room there was for cocktail hour, the ballroom was picturesque and there were decks outside to enjoy the night! I would recommend it to anyone in the Columbus area looking for venues.
